Older house on the outskirts of the district Celkovice. The house was renovated in 2011 and is located in a row of similar houses. Even though you live in the city you have enough privacy! The decor is stylish, comfortable and complete. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, extra bed, fireplace, satellite TV and access to the kitchen with a 6-seater dining table. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace and the garden almost to the river. Because there is a wall, even the terrace offers enough privacy. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor you will find bedroom with a double and a single bed and access to the second bedroom with sitting area and a double and a single bed. Gas central heating. There is a fenced garden, terrace with garden furniture and parasol, swimming pool with a diameter of 4,6 m and a depth of 1,2 m, barbecue and campfire place. Parking in a narrow street in front of the house, or in a public parking 100 m, or after agreement in a garage 150 m.
