You occupy one half of a secluded water mill, which has been partially reconstructed in the year 2010. Entrance with an outdoor stairway, further single-leveled accommodation. Corridor, living room with a sitting area, table for 6 persons, fire stove and a TV set. Open kitchen with a gas stove and an electric oven, refrigerator, Kettle and a microwave oven. Two bedrooms with two single-beds and a possible extra-bed (folded armchair). The bathroom has a shower corner and a toilet. Heating with fire stove. The house stands on a partially fenced ground, garden-furniture at disposal (a table and benches) with a parasol and fireplace with a grate. Together with two mobile homes (JC 0176 and JC 0178) you will enjoy the trampoline, climbing frame, sand box for children and a boat at the river Luznice (100 m). Parking in front of the house.

One dog allowed. Cot on request. Electricity consumption is included in price. The second half of the house is being used by the owner in a recreational way. There is a little water plant opposite the house. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 4/6 persons.

In South Bohemia, almost secluded in the valley of the river Lužnice, near the village Becice, about 13 km southwest from the historic town Tabor. Former water mill near the forest and only about 100 meters from the river. This area is perfect for fishing, but also offers good conditions for hiking, biking, swimming or making many cultural trips. There are many cultural and historical landmarks such as the historic town Tabor and castle Kotnov 13 km, the ruins Pribenice 2 km, the ruins Dobronice u Bechyne 15 km, town and spa Bechyne 17 km, castle in Tyn nad Vltavou 27 km, a monastery Milevsko 27 km, castle Kozi Hradek 17 km, castle Choustnik, castle Hluboka nad Vltavou and hunting lodge Ohrada with a ZOO 48 km.
