Detached house with more than 100 years of history built into actual form in the seventies, well–kept and tastefully furnished. House with wide grass area and garden. Entrance, corridor, spacious living hall with seating and decorative fire hearth. Living room with sofa, SAT TV, two chairs and dining table for 4 persons. Kitchen with dinette for 6 persons, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Spacious bathroom with shower enclosure, toilette and washing machine is full of light coming through two windows with view of the garden. There is a bedroom with two single beds, seating and balcony in the first floor. Entrance from this bedroom into second one with two single beds. Another three bedrooms each with double bed. In the first floor is also the entrance to the covered terrace ideal for having a cup of tea of coffee in the morning. Comfort electrical heating. Spacious fenced garden, there is a garden furniture, parasol and garden hearth at your disposal. Private covered parking lot. Total privacy.

Holiday house is located in the West Bohemia, at the edge of village Nadlesí, ca 15 km south-west of famous spa city Karlovy Vary, where the International Film Festival (IFF) takes place each July. This house stands “in the middle” of area of three worldwide known spa cities Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně and Františkovy Lázně. All three cities are also famous for its high quality golf courses. You can also find another golf course in Sokolov. Holiday house stands in the quiet location, almost alone standing, ca 250 m by the forest, in the heart of protected landscape area “Slavkovský les”. House offers of course privacy and the view of the landscape. You can also find here many interesting places and sights. Well preserved castle Loket is really a jewel and it is only 5 km away. Famous summer culture festival takes a place in the Loket’s amphitheatre, where also the adrenalin park is located. One of the most memorable experiences is to rent a canoe and take a trip on the river Ohře with beautiful view of castle Loket above. Another sights e. g.: chatteau Bečov, temple Teplá. This area is ideal for hiking and cycling, walks in the nature or for relax in the garden. Horse riding in the local farms.
