Kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven and stove (solid fuels). Living room with sofa bed and sat-TV. Spacious bathroom with bath, shower bath and toilet. First floor: two bedrooms – one double room and one bedroom with double bed and two separate beds. Another separate WC. Fenced, well-kept garden with garden furniture, beach umbrella and portable garden grill at your disposal. Central heating (solid fuels). Own parking lot.

Natural open-air pool in Valec 4 km and in Zlutice (pond) 12 km, swimming pool with thermal water, sauna and nice golf course 35 km, horse riding 12 km. Water sports and boats for rent 40 km – reservoir Nechranice. Forest 1 km. This house is situated in health resort with a lot of interesting places to see (places of interest, spa, castles, ruins within 40 km).
