Freestanding house – a former farm house, completely rebuilt and reconstructed, very nice and cosily furnished. Entry, hall, living room with sitting area for 4 persons, dining table for 8 persons, sat-TV with video and DVD. Open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hobs and oven with hot-air circulation, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower bath and toilet. Bedroom with one double bed and access to another bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there is a hall with sitting area and the third bedroom with four single beds. Electric heating. Fenced garden (thick wooden fence), absolute privacy. Garden furniture, brick garden grill, sandpit, swing, ping pong and in-ground swimming pool 6 x 3 m heated with heat pump, from half of June, at your disposal. Parking in garage or on own parking lot.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. One small dog allowed. Two mountain bikes for rent by agreement with the landlord (1 men’s and 1 women’s bike). The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for a maximum of 7 adults + 1 baby.

In West Bohemia, at the edge of small village Okrouhle Hradiste, about 2 km south of Konstantinovy Lazne, about 29 km east of Marianske Lazne, 35 km west of the town of Plzen and about 45 km southeast of the world-famous spa Karlovy Vary. The village Okrouhle Hradiste is situated at an altitude of around 520 m above sea level, surrounded by beautiful wooded countryside, in one of the most ecologically cleanest regions of Bohemia. From the house you can enjoy a nice view of the garden, meadows and beautiful nature. The surrounding area offers more than 450 km of marked cycling paths, pedestrian trails and hiking nature trails. The area offers a wealth of recreational opportunities and home to many landmarks, palaces, castles, ruins, monasteries and natural beauty. Worth to visit in addition to the spa towns is for example a baroque castle Bezdruzice, ruins of castles Krasikov, Falkenstejn, Nectiny, Volfstejn, Gutstejn and Buben, Premonstrate monastery in Tepla or baroque church Sipin.
