Free standing house from 1997, simply fournished. Guests occupy the ground floor, upper floor is closed. Entrance, hall, separate toilet. Living kitchen with dining table, couch, two chairs, sat-TV and further electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, wash-basin, toilet and bidet. Living bedroom with sitting suit, one double bed, one extra bed and access to the terrace. The second bedroom with a double bed and sitting area and the third bedroom with sitting area, one double bed and a bunk bed. Electric heating. Garden with garden furniture and portable grill at disposal. Own parking-site.

Note on accommodation

Pets are not allowed. The landlord can help the guests to get the fishing permit. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 6/7 adults + 2 children.

In West Bohemia, at the end of teh village Zadub, ca 2 km of world-known spa town Marianske Lazne. Calm place in the vicinity of a golf ground, nice view of meadows and forests. The village is surrounded by beautiful wooded countryside, in one of the most ecologically cleanest regions of Bohemia. The towns Marianske Lazne, Frantiskovy Lazne and Karlovy Vary form a well-known spa triangle. The surrounding area offers more than 450 km of marked cycling paths, pedestrian trails and hiking nature trails. The area offers a wealth of recreational opportunities and home to many landmarks, palaces, castles, ruins, monasteries and natural beauty. Worth to visit in addition to the spa towns is for example a castle Loket 25 km, chateau Kynzvart 15 km, baroque castle Bezdruzice 25 km, ruins of castles Krasikov, Falkenstejn, Nectiny, Volfstejn, Gutstejn and Buben, Premonstrate monastery in Tepla or baroque church Sipin.

Open-air pool, in-door pool, sauna and golf course at the hotel „Golf“ 1,5 km. Tennis courte, minigolf and horse riding at the hotel „Krakonos“ 1 km. Swimming, watersports running and boat renting in the pond „Regent“ 6 km. Another pond with beach, where you can swimm, is 2 km distant. Fishing with a permit (Marianske Lazne) 3 km or in privat ponds in the surroundings (e. g. Mansky Dvur). Forest 200 m.
