Free standing cottage from 2012, cozy and comfortably furnished. Entrance, corridor, living room with sofa (also extra bed for 1-2 persons), fireplace, dining table for 5 persons and open kitchen with combination of fridge / freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher Dishes and a kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs there is a corridor and two bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the second bedroom with two single beds and a baby cot. Heating with fireplace downstairs, upstairs heating with heater . The garden is unfurnished, garden furniture available, garden grill, fireplace, sandpit, slippers, slide, swing and trampoline. Own parking lot at the cottage.

In west Bohemia, on the edge of the village of Nežíchov, about 8 km south of the city of Toužim. The house is on a hill near the forest with beautiful views over the landscape. An ideal place for walking, cycling and a nice place to stay with children. The neighboring house is the owner's biofarm that manages the surrounding meadows and pastures, produces its own organic produce and keeps sheep, cows, rabbits, horses and more. Here you can buy organic products of his own production, such as different types of cheese, milk, curd, lamb, fresh herbs, must, syrup, eggs, jam, honey. In the surrounding area you will find many possibilities for excursions.
