Entrance, corridor, spacious living room with sofa (used also as an extra bed for 2 persons), SAT TV and fire stove. Completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and a dining table for 7 persons. Bathroom with a shower enclosure, washbasin, toilette and a washing machine. Stairs to the first floor with three bedroom. First bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, second bedroom with one double bed and third bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilette. Central heating with solid fuels. Possibility of extra heating by fire stove. This Holiday home stands on its own and completely fenced plot with a garden. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and gas grill at disposal, which offers the clients a pleasing sit-down. There is also a small wellness cottage in the garden, with a whirlpool (suitable for 4 - 6 persons, non chlorine cleaning system, so it is also suited for allergic persons) and infra sauna (2 - 3 persons), hammock (Hawai style) for relaxing and white beach sand. Parking on the lot.

Pet after an agreement. WiFi internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and a hairdryer are at disposal . After an agreement, there is a possibility of massages on the spot or in Karlovy Vary. Consumption of electricity over 100 kWh per week, consumption of gas for a grill, fee for heating with solid fuels during cold weather and a fee for final cleaning and wellness cleaning € 120,- shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for up to 8 persons.

In west Bohemia, at the edge of a small and calm village Struzna, ca 15 km to the east from the world known spa Karlovy Vary. Exclusive location in the spa area with many points of interest - from 5 km to 50 km there are several sights as spa, castles and ruins. Castle Struzna 500 m, ruins of castle (Andelska Hora) 5 km, spa town Karlovy Vary 12 km, castle and chateau Becov nad Teplou 17 km, castle Loket 20 km, chateau and golf course Krasny Dvur 26 km, spa town Marianske Lazne with a singing fountain 32 km, etc.
Distances: Basic food store and restaurant (in the village) 500 m, supermarket, a lot of restaurants, public facilities, thermal swimming pools and tennis (Karlovy Vary) 12 km. Natural swimming, bathing and fishing (suitable for children, for a fee) in a little private pond just about 50 m from the house! Another possibility of fishing in two breeding ponds ca 10 km from the house (permit needed, landlord can arrange it for clients). Tennis courts, foot tennis field, volleyball field and children's play ground only 400 m. Horse riding 5 km. Natural swimming pool 6 km, Golf Resort Karlovy Vary 7 km, Forest 150 m.
