Detached cottage, very nicely and stylishly furnished with oak furniture. Entrance, living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace, satellite TV and radio. Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. In the attic there are two bedrooms - the first one with a double bed, two single beds and access to the second one with a double bed and balcony. Electric heating. The house stands in a fenced garden, there is a terrace, garden furniture with sunshade, portable grill and fireplace to disposal. Private parking.

In the Ore mountains, on the edge of the recreational village Hruškova, 3 km southeast of the town Sokolov, about 15 km southwest of the famous spa town Karlovy Vary and only 35 km from the border with Germany. Cottage stands on a quiet spot, surrounded by a greenery and on the land by the cottage flows a small stream. The village Hruskova lies in the famous spa town area (Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne and Frantiskovy Lazne), on the edge of the protected landscape area of “Slavkovsky les”. Absolutely perfect place for lovers of beautiful nature, hiking and cycling. In addition to spa towns you will also find other attractions in the surrounding, such as the castle Loket 12 km, castle Becov nad Teplou 25 km, town and a castle Cheb 26 km, children spa and castle Kynzvart 35 km.
Distances: Basic food, restaurant and supermarket (Sokolov) 3 km. Natural swimming with beach, snack bar, playground and various sports facilities and attractions like a water slide, tennis court, volleyball court, minigolf, bowling, table tennis, pedal boat rental option (lake Michal - Sokolov) 3 km. Local swimming pool only 50 meters from the cottage. Sports centre Jilo (tennis court with artificial grass, squash, bowling, sauna, golf simulator, table tennis and bicycle rental) just 200 m.
