In the year 2005 built villa. The house stands on a shared lot with the house of the owner. Luxurious accommodation with many specialties. Entry, living room with many hunting trophies, sofa and two armchairs, dining table for 8 persons, fireplace, sat-TV and a radio. Kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge with a freezer, coffee machine, kettle and a microwave oven. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Entry to an open attic (bedroom), where you find one double bed, two single beds, sitting area with TV and entrance to the balcony. There is also an entry to another two separate bedrooms, where you find one single bed in each and one larger bed (120 cm). Heating with a fireplace and an electric cresset. The garden is completely fenced, there is a roofed terrace with a table and seats, garden furniture, brick-made garden grill and a roofed swimming pool 7 x 3 m (Juni - August) with a sitting area (table and seats) at disposal. Parking in a closed courtyard.
