Living room with seating for 7 people, TV, radio and balcony access and an elegant living room wall visually separates it from the dining room for 7 people. Kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and 2 fridges freezer. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, dresser and television with set-top box. Second bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, a dresser with TV and balcony access. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and one single bed, dresser, TV set-top box and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Heating is central with gas. The villa stands on its own grounds in a fully enclosed garden with pergola, garden furniture and outdoor fireplace. On the property there is also a garden shed for storage of various gardening tools and wood. Parking in front of the house and in the garden.

In southern Bohemia, on the outskirts of the historic town of Hluboka, about 7 km north of the South Bohemian metropolis Ceske Budejovice and at a local road between Tyn Vltavou. The town of Hluboka nad Vltavou is a center of tourism and culture. The fine castle, and almost all the tourist and cultural facilities are within walking distance. The beautiful city park is located just 200 meters away and goes up to the castle garden near the castle and the South Bohemian Gallery Alsova. Not far is also the small baroque hunting lodge Ohrada (2 km) with a zoo. Right behind it is an indoor arena with the ability to ride out, a little further and you come to a large pond Bezdrev with excellent swimming, yachting and surfing offers. The center of Hluboká is located just 300 meters from your villa and its surroundings offer beautiful scenery and numerous trips to Budejovice 7 km, Castle Kratochvile 22 km, the historical town of Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) with its romantic narrow streets, many restaurants and cafes, usually at the Vltava River, which flows through the city and the castle and a unique open-air theater. Monastery Zlata Koruna 25 km, Castle Trebon with baths 30 km and many more.
Distances: Basic food store 200 m, supermarket 200 m, over 15 restaurants 150 to 800 m within a radius of 800 m to 1 km you will reach a lovely pool with giant slide, tennis courts, sports fields and adrenaline rope park, 18-hole golf course, relax center, massages, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, paddle trips, bowling, cycling, opportunities for fishing (license required). The recreational lake Bezdrev (one of the largest lakes in South Bohemia) offers opportunities for swimming, water sports, paddle boats, sunbathing, sailing 3 km. Horse riding (Vondrov) 2 km.
