Description of accommodation

Free-standing house, in 2006 renovated. Entry, hallway, living room with sofas (serves as a fold-out double bed), dining area, fireplace and sat-TV. Open kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator and electric tea kettle. Three bedrooms - each with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating is electric or by the fireplace. The garden is partially fenced, there are garden furniture, grill and fireplace at disposal. Private parking lot.

Cot on request. Small dog allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. The prices listed in the pricelist are for 6 persons, another 2 for a surcharge. House is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 persons + baby.

Location description

In the Slovakia, in the protected landscape area called mountains „Velka Fatra“ and near the mountains „Vysoke Tatry“ (the High Tatras), on the edge of the village Liptovske Revuce, ca 23 km south of the town Ruzomberok. The house stands in mountainous countryside, about 700 m above the sea level, at the fringe of deep woods and by a small creek, which runs from the mountains. The village is situated in the middle of beautiful countryside with many natural beauties. The whole area is ideal for hiking in the mountains, cycling or bathing in the many thermal pools. In the surroundings there are found many sightseeings - such as the historic village Vlkolinec (protected area) 17 km, castle Oravsky Podzamok 50 km. In the town Liptovsky Trnovec You can enjoy sightseeing sailings, there is also possibility of swimming, surfing and boat renting. Good conditions for bathing, water sports running and boat renting are as well at the large recreational lake Liptovska Mara. Thermal pools and aqua parks are found e. g. in Besenova, in Liptovsky Jan or in Liptovsky Mikulas (30 - 50 km). Spa town Korytnice 14 km.
Distances: Basic foods in the village 150 m. The restaurant in the local pension 300 m. Supermarket (Ruzomberok) 23 km. Tennis court 2 km. Fishing in the river 500 m (permit necessary).
Winter info: Skiing possibilities: small ski area (snowpark) 3 km, big ski resort Donovaly 16 km.
