The wooden free-standing house is really has been completely renovated in the year of 2007 and it is really gracious and cosy equipped. The ground floor: entry, hallway, spacious living room has the seating furniture for five persons, dining table for nine persons, beautiful fireplace, TV, video player and a music player. The open kitchen has an original chimney stove (wooden fuel), electric stove, fridge, tea kettle and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The first floor: small hall and three bedrooms, one of them has three single beds, in the second one there are also three single beds but an extra bed and a TV too and also an access to the third bedroom with three single beds and a balcony. The house has an electric heating and also the chimney fireplace.

Baby cot is available on the request. Pets are allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Washing machine and bed-linen at disposal. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 9/10 persons.

The house is located in the central Slovakia in a picturesque village Bobrovnik, app. 18 km west of the town Liptovsky Mikulas, at an altitude of app. 600 m above sea level. The house offers a gorgeous view of the Slovak mountains Vysoke Tatry and Chotske hory and the beautiful nature of this protected landscape area. The whole are is well-known its unique folk architecture and folklore. You will also find many national cultural monuments, churches, museums, galleries, caves, thermal pools, and much more.
Distances: The essential grocery shop is in the village Liptovska Anna (2 km). The supermarket and restaurant are placed in the village Liptovsky Mikulas (15 km). You will find a gorgeous aquapark Tatralandia with many attractions, sauna, tennis courts, mini-golf and golf courses at only 5 km. The horse back riding club is in the village Liptovska Sielnica (5 km). You can really enjoy a wide range of summer activities in the village Liptovska Mara (300 m only) - swimming, boats and other water sports, fishing (with a permit). The forest is only app. 300 m from the house.
Winter info: Famous ski resort Skipark Ruzomberok 20 km (7 lifts, 2 cableways, 12 km ski-trails, 8 km cross-country trails, ski-school, skiservis, rental of skiequipment, artificial snow and night skiing).
