Electric heating or with stove (wood). Large garden, fenced with high wall which provides enough privacy. Embedded pool 13 x 6 m with deep 1-2,1 m available. Further garden furniture with parasol, fire pit, sand pit, swing bench and table tennis. Garage for 2 cars and own parking-site.
