A cottage with its own fenced garden with a sitting area and swimming pool and an original bell tower. Directly accessible from the garden is a living room with a sofa (extra bed), sitting area, TV and fireplace. On the raised ground floor, a kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, a fridge with a freezer and a line with a two-burner stove, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher. From there, access to a separate bedroom with a double bed and an attic space with two beds and one extra bed. Heating by fireplace stove and direct heater. Guests have their own garden with a swimming pool, outdoor seating, a garden fireplace and a sandpit with toys. Parking right next to the building for 1 vehicle, another within 20 m.

Pets allowed (50 CZK/pet/night). Baby cot available. Bed linen and energy consumption up to 50 kWh/week or up to 15 kWh/weekend are included in the price of the stay. Wi-Fi available CZK 250/week. In winter, wood consumption is paid for on site. Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000. The landlord lives in a separate second house with its own entrance, mostly for recreational purposes and fully respects the privacy of the guests. The accommodation is suitable for 5 people (4 + 1 person on an extra bed).

In central Bohemia, less than 4 km from the famous Slapy dam, 22 km from Dobříš and 29 km from the Český karst protected area. The cottage is located in the V Ráji cottage settlement, near the villages of Chotilsko and Čím. It is a very quiet place with dense forests in the vicinity and possibilities for many trips. In the nearby area you can find, for example, the museum Křižovnický spýhar, the museum of gold in Nové Knín, the Jewish cemetery near Neveklov or the TEPfactor entertainment center with a unique team game. In the area there is also Dobříš Castle (17 km), the town of Sedlčany (22 km), Mníšek pod Brdy Castle (19 km) and, of course, the Slapy Dam, which serves as an ideal place for a summer holiday by the water.
