The cottage is divided into two separate apartments with separate entrances on opposite sides of the building (the building is offered under the code OP0141 only as a whole to one group of people). Apartments can also be booked separately under codes OP0122 and OP0136. First apartment: Located on the ground floor, it is newly and cleanly renovated, renovated in 2021. Living room with sofa (extra bed), dining table, wall TV and French window, which provides the room with plenty of light. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. Separate bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Underfloor heating of the building. Second bedroom with separate entrance from the terrace with four single beds and a sofa (extra bed). The apartment is suitable for 6 people and 2 people in extra beds. Near Slapy Dam, in the Central Bohemian Region, 14 km northwest of Sedlčany and about 45 km south of Prague. The house is located in the meander of the dam in a private area Smilovice. Being a private area, visitors can enjoy the beaches, nature and beauty of Slapy Dam with a limited number of tourists. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking, swimming and cycling along the dam. The Slapy region offers ample entertainment thanks to rentals, restaurants, bars and a general good background for tourists. We recommend visiting the renowned Konopiště Castle (34 km), Dobříš Castle with a beautiful French garden (18 km), the ruins of Vrškamýk Castle (23 km) or the historic town of Sedlčany (14 km).
