Freestanding house, practically furnished. Entry, spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs and coffee tables for 16 persons, stove and sat-TV. Open kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bedroom with two single beds, a bunk bed and own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom with a fold-out bed for two persons and own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a hall and other three bedrooms – the first, spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and own bathroom with a bath-tube, shower and toilet, the second bedroom with two bunk beds and own bathroom with a shower and toilet and the third bedroom with a double bed, a fold-out bed for two persons, access to a covered balcony with sitting area and own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Central heating (coal or electric). The house stands on a non-fenced property, there are terrace, garden furniture with a parasol, portable grill, campfire and swimming pool 6 x 3 m with a roof at your disposal. Own parking lot.

In agreement with the landlord you can rent 4 mountain bikes or make a sailboat trip. There are small safes at disposal in the rooms. The consumption of the water, electricity, coal, wood (EUR 4,-/packet) and bedlinen CZK 50,- pro set shall be paid on spot. Final cleaning EUR 50,- From 1.1.19, the deposit is € 400,-. The house is suitable for maximum of 10/18 person.

In central Bohemia, at the edge of the village Jablonna nad Vltavou, ca 22 km west of town Benesov and 42 km from the capital city of Prague. The house stands in a gentle slope with view of meadows and forests in the surroundings and small pond in front of the house. The surrounding offers ideal conditions for hiking and biking, swimming and doing water sports, fishing or taking many various trips. You shoud not miss to visit the capital city of Prague 42 km, the chateau Konopiste with one of the largest colecttions of weapons and trophies of the Austrian successeors of throne, which is distanced 20 km, chateaus Vrchotovy Janovice 22 km, Jemniste 27 km and Cerveny Hradek 25 km.
Distances: Basic food store (Neveklov) 6 km, restaurant 100 m or (Merin) 3 km, supermarket (Benesov) 25 km. Out-door and in-door swimming pool, sauna and tennis (Merin) 3 km. The dam Slapy with a beach, where you can swim, do water sports, rent boats and pedal boats or fish (with a permit) 3 km. Horse back riding (Jablonna) 1 km or (Neveklov) 6 km. Forest 300 m.
