In 2025 newly built holiday home, stylishly furnished, with a covered terrace and excellent driving distance to the Slapy dam. Living room accessible directly from the terrace, equipped with a sofa (extra bed), TV, dining table and kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher. First bedroom with two single beds. Second bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Air conditioning and electric heating. Guests have their own covered outdoor seating area, fireplace with grill and fenced garden, shared only with the second house on the property (can also be ordered for maximum privacy). Fenced parking at the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed. A refundable deposit of 3,000 CZK is paid on site to the landlord. The price includes bed linen and Wi-Fi connection. Actual energy consumption and a final cleaning fee of 700 CZK are paid on site. The accommodation is suitable for 5 people.

Near the famous Slapy Reservoir, in the Central Bohemian Region, 24 km from Dobris and about 35 km south of Prague. Accommodation can be found in a very quiet location, with plenty of greenery in the garden and in the surroundings, in the settlement of Prestavlky near the village of Slapy. Swimming at the Slapy Reservoir is possible, for example, in the Skalice campsite, the village of Zdan or Nové Raby. The nearest aquapark is at the Merin hotel. Sports activities are offered by the Slapy rope park (14 km) and the TEP factor in Chotilsko (9 km). The place is particularly popular for summer tourism and spending time by the water thanks to good swimming conditions and facilities for visitors with all necessary services in the area. If you are planning a trip, we definitely recommend the town of Dobris with its beautiful castle, French castle garden, English park and museum, as well as Týnec nad Sázavou Castle (25 km), Konopiste Castle (30 km), Pricovy Windmill (26 km) and Slapy Rope Park (14 km).
