Entry on the upper ground floor. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware and dishwasher. Living room with dining table, seating group for 5 persons, fireplace and LCD satellite TV. From the living room there is entrance to a large terrace with outdoor seating. First bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet with bidet. Upstairs childdren's room with a desk, second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower in the bathtub, two sinks, washing machine, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor guests can use the common room with table tennis. The house is heated centrally + fireplace. There is a large, fully fenced garden with pergola seating, brick fireplace and playground. Parking by the house for 2 vehicles.

Pets not allowed. Wi-Fi connection available. Energy consumption is paid on the spot. Bed linen available on request (CZK 150, -/person). Refundable deposit CZK 5 000, -. In a separate attic apartment with its own entrance may from time to time stay the landlord, which fully respects the privacy of guests. After agreement with the landlord the possibility of a boat trip on the dam. The house is suitable for maximum of 4 people + baby.

In the Central Bohemian Region, in the Benešov Hills, 20 km east of Příbram and less than 60 km from Prague. The house is located in a remote area, right on the outskirts of the village Vestec near the village Hřiměždice, on one side surrounded only by a meadow and forest, which starts just behind the garden. About 1 km from the house lies the Slapy dam, where are many cycling and hiking trails with views, bathing opportunities and natural attractions. Other interesting places to visit include the ruins of Vrškamýk Castle (8 km), the well-known Orlík Castle with a dam (40 km) or the town of Dobříš (19 km) with a castle and a beautiful French garden. Adrenaline sports enthusiasts can visit the flooded quarry in Hřiměždice (4 km), where take place annual diving competitions.
