Detached cottage with enclosed courtyard, after a stylish renovation with an eye for detail while preserving the historical features of the country house. Entrance, hall, nicely furnished living room with seating group and dining table. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and kitchenware. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. In the attic there is a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, from where you can get to a smaller bedroom with lowered entrance (about 1 m high) and two extra beds suitable for children. Heating of the building by electric heaters and stove. Seating area on the terrace in a completely enclosed yard. Parking directly at the cottage for 2 vehicles.

In the Central Bohemian Region, near Slapy Dam, 6 km from Sedlčany and 30 km east of Příbram. The cottage is situated in a quiet location near the village Nalžovice, which are strategically located as a good starting point for trips around the region. The area is known not only for the beautiful landscape along the Slapy dam with its views and the possibility of numerous hiking and cycling trips, but also for a large number of chateaus in the area. We recommend visiting the fairy tale castle Konopiště (27 km), the castle Dobříš with an impressive French garden or the nearby smaller chateaus Radíš, Osečany and Červený Hrádek. Other attractions include the open-air museum Vysoký Chlumec (15 km), the remains of the largest windmill in the Czech Republic Příčovy (4 km) or the historic town of Sedlčany (6 km).
