Continuously reconstructed cottage with a terrace, largely surrounded by nature, with a sitting area in the garden. On the first floor, a living room with a sofa set (folding double bed), TV, radio, dining table, access to the terrace and a fireplace. The room is directly connected to the kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle and fridge. The first bedroom with a single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the attic, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Heating by fireplace stove with heat exchanger. Second bathroom with shower and second separate toilet on the ground floor. Guests have access to a garden with outdoor seating and a garden grill. Parking directly at the property for several vehicles.

Near the Slapy dam, 12 km from Sedlčany, 23 km from Příbram and 17 km from the Orlík dam. The cottage is located on the edge of a very quiet cottage area of the village of Chramosty, right next to the forest. The gurgling of the Brzina stream, which can be seen directly from the accommodation, will enhance the experience of staying in nature. The place is interesting both for cycling and hiking, as well as for a summer vacation by the water thanks to the nearby Slapy and Orlík dams, which are among the most famous tourist destinations in the Czech Republic. In the vicinity, we recommend visiting, for example, the ruins of the Vrškamýk castle (8 km), the Orlík nad Vltavou castle (32 km), the historic town of Sedlčany (12 km) and, in particular, a number of viewpoints and viewpoints along the banks of both dams.
