Thanks to the many apartments, it is an ideal place for a group of friends, friendly families, but also suitable for organizing social events or company training. Spacious common room with dining room, fireplace, bar with tap and professional kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with two electric cookers with oven, 2x fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and dishwasher (2x). Lounge with sofa, coffee table and board games. Children's playroom with toys. In the cottage you will find a total of seven apartments with a total of 22 beds in 9 bedrooms and the possibility of 2 extra beds. Unfenced garden with covered terrace with seating and pizza oven. New barn (80 m2) suitable for various exercises or workshops. It can also be transformed into a stage, has a football and table tennis. Pond with an area of 1 hectare and wellness with sauna and hot tub. Part of the area is also a small ecological farm, which offers the purchase of products from the yard. Parking at the building.

In the Central Bohemia region, secluded, in the middle of unique nature, 16 km south of Loun, 23 km north of the town of Rakovník and 60 km northwest of Prague. A place made for rest and relaxation. Part of the building is a large (1 hectare) pond, where you can both swim and fish. The surroundings encourage you to explore tourist destinations and sights, which include, for example, Divice Fortress 5 km, Hradiště Dřevíč Fortress and nearby Hrádek Fortress 2 km on foot, Pravda Castle ruins 10 km on foot or 16 km by car, Peruc Rococo Castle 23 km, nature park Džbán 25 km, Křivoklát Castle 31 km and much more. The location is also suitable for cycling.
