Free-standing holiday house, former farm, in 2008 renovated and very nice, cozy and comfortably furnished, equipped with all modern amenities. Entry through sun lounge with a sitting. Passage. Very nice residential kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, access to the garden, an electric stove with a ceramic hotplate and hot-air oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Living room with sofa for 5 persons and Sat-TV with DVD. Bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there is hall, second bathroom with shower and second separate toilet. Second bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed (150 cm long). The third bedroom with a large bed for 4 persons (4 beds standing close to each other), fold-out extra bed and sitting. Electric heating. At disposal are inner courtyard / fenced garden, simple garden furniture with parasol, portable grill, fireplace, covered table for table tennis, sand pit, swinging bench and swimming pool with a diameter of 3,6 m and filtrating instalation. After agreement you can also borrow petanque, badminton, ball, pins for children. Private parking.

Baby cot and high chair on request. No pets allowed. Non-smoking property. For a fee ca EUR 10,- per week You can rent access to internet. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Final cleaning make the guest or it can be done by the landlord for a fee EUR 40,-. The house is suitable for maximal 8 adults and 2 babies. In the low-season it is possible to rent only the ground floor of the house for maximum of 2/3 persons + baby (you can find it under the code OP 0369 A). The landlord sometimes occupies his own appartment with private entrance and own garden at the other side of the object and respects maximally the privacy of the guests.
In central Bohemia, on the edge of small village Lhotka near Beroun, ca 20 km south-west of the capital city Praha (Prague) and 5 km from the town Beroun. Village is situated in the vicinity the protected natural area "Krivoklatsko" with many hills, forests and meadows. Ideal for undisturbed family holiday with children, good conditions for walking or cycling (through the beautiful landscape lead tourist and cycling paths), for running of other sports activities and taking of various trips. In this area are found many cultural and historical landmarks - such as the medieval castle Krivoklat 20 km, castle and nice golf course Karlstejn 18 km, stalactite cave Koneprusy 9 km, castle Tocnik 22 km, ruin Zebrak 22 km. From 3 km remoted village Vraz is an excellent bus connection to the capital city Praha (Prague), it is also possible to get to the capital city within ca 20 minutes by highway. Surroundings are suitable for lovers of nature, quiet, golf and culture.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket and restaurant, and indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis (Beroun) 5 km. Beautiful natural swimming pool with a well-maintained water (Chrustenice) 4 km on foot or by bicycle or 7 km by car. Golf course (Karlstejn) 18 km. Horse riding (Libecov) 4 km. Swimming, fishing (with a permit) and the rental of boats on the river Berounka 4 km. Ca 800 m from the village there is found a view-tower, the forest of Krvoklatsko-natural area beginn already 100 m from the house. The largest shopping center in Praha (Zlicin) 20 km.
