Lounge with bar (beer tap possible) and dining table for 10 persons. Stairs to first floor with large living room with leather sofa, tiled stove, billiard, sat-TV and entry to terrace and balcony. Kitchen with entry to balcony, with dining table, gas cooker with four plates, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Attic: five bedrooms – one through single room and four double rooms. WC. Fenced garden, garden furniture with beach umbrella, garden grill, playground for the children, swing, sandpit and in-ground swimming pool 5,6 x 2,8 m. Own parking lot for 2 cars in garden, another 4 cars can be parked in front of the house. Electric heating.

In central Bohemia, restful location at the edge of small village Mradice, along the river Ohre, about 10 km west of town Louny and about 60 km from Prague. Shop 6 km, supermarket and restaurant 6 and 10 km. Open-air aqua park, in-door swimming pool and sauna, tennis, horse riding – all 10 km. Golf course (Bitozeves)10 km. Swimming and canoeing possibilities in river only 10 m from the house. Paragliding 12 km. Fishing possibilities (with a fishing permit) 10 m. Along the house leads a tourist and cycling track to the "Temple of hops and beer" (chrám chmele a piva) in the town Zatec, the path leads on a picturesque road, which snakes among the hop-fields and also goes through the village Steknik (unique monument zone with a small rococo chateau). The "Temple of hops and beer" is the biggest museum of hop growing and beer production in the world, also with many attractions for the whole family.
