Freestanding holiday bungalow, built in 2000, nice and comfortable furnished. This house is located on hill. Entry, hall, living room with and sofa, dining table, sat-TV and entry to terrace. Kitchen with gas cooker, refrigerator, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor there is the second bedroom with two beds, cot and entry to garden. Lounge with sitting area. Gas central heating. Fenced garden, garden furniture, parasol, portable grill and garden fire place with sitting for 4 persons. Own parking lot.

In central Bohemia, in a holiday village at the edge of village Zelivec, ca. 20 km south of the capital city of Prague. The house stands on a hill with a beautiful view of valley and wooded hill on opposite hillside. An ideal place for a nature lovers or family holiday with a possibility to make of many trips. Worth visiting are the monuments and beauties of the capital city of Prague (good connection with the bus, the bus stop is only 300 m from the house), chateau Stirin 1 km and Konopiste 20 km, castle Karlstejn 35 km and Cesky Sternberk 35 km.
