Former farm after reconstruction; luxuriously equipped and furnished. Luxurious accommodation with a lot of modern conveniences, for exacting customers. There is a close yard next to this property, where are other two buildings. The yard is well-kept and is functioning also as a garden with garden furniture and grill. Table tennis and in-door swimming pool 6,2 x 3,2 m (Mai-September) with lighting, heating and back flow. Partly antique furnishing. Gas central heating; ground floor with heated floors. Playground behind the house. Parking in front of the house.
House A: Entry, hall, living room with sofa. Kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, cooker with ceramic hobs, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, two basins and WC. Twin bedded room. First floor: hall, bathroom and WC; two double rooms, one of them with one extra bed.
House B: Entry, hall, sitting hall with sofa (fold-out bed), kitchen with seat and dining table for 6 persons, refrigerator, double sink, electric cooker, tea kettle and coffee maker. Toilet. Twin bedded room with side entrance. First floor: bathroom, separate toilet. Double room and twin bedded room with spare bed and sitting area.Part of accommodation
Note on accommodation
One dog allowed. Refundable deposit EUR 300,-. The consumption of gas over 60 m3 per week and the consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. You can order course of floristry and weaving by the landlady. Barn was rebuilt into a gallery and partly a living quarter where the landlady's son lives (he can also use the garden). The landlady lives in the neighbourhood and visits the property regularly (she looks after the garden). Attention, the accommodation is from Sunday till Saturday.
