You stay in a completely separated part of the house. Entrance through the covered terrace. Spacious living room with sofa (extra bed), fireplace, LCD satellite TV, piano, and access to the second covered terrace. Kitchen with dining table for 3 persons and a kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and small dishwasher. Bathroom with shower in the bathtub, sink, washing machine, bidet and separate toilet. In the attic bedroom with a double bed. House is heated by central heating and by a fireplace. Guests have access to a shared fenced garden with an above-ground pool, a sauna and a covered terrace with seating area and barbecue facilities. Parking by the house for 2 vehicles.

Pets allowed on request for a fee € 18,-/pet/week (there is friendly dog in the other part of the house). Cot and baby chair on request. Electricity, wood consumption, bed linen and towels included in the price. In a separate part of the house from time to time the landlord can stay. Washing machine available. Refundable deposit CZK 2 000, -. Possibility to use sauna in the garden (for a fee, in the presence of the owner). The house is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults + baby, or 2 adults and 2 children. Possibility of stay for 2 persons with a discount of CZK 500, -.

In Central Bohemia, at the edge of small village Rymane – suburb of small town Mnisek pod Brdy, ca 26 km south of Prague. Very calm place at the edge of a garden and forest. House has an ideal location for making various trips. You can get to Prague by traffic, a bus stop 500 m. Other sights in surrounding, f. e. castle Karlstejn (21 km), beautiful chateau Dobříš (14 km), chateu Mníšek pod Brdy and the whole Bohemian Karst with stalactite caves in Koněprusy or prehistoric Kodská cave (25km).
