Living room with fireplace, extra bed, folding sofa and TV. Bedroom with double bed and storage space. Bathroom with bathtub, sink, washing machine and toilet. Upstairs, a small kitchenette with a kettle and a folding table. Bedroom with single bed. Another bedroom with a double bed and sitting area and the last fourth bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, a second bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The building is heated by a fireplace stove with distribution lines. Unfenced garden with pool, trampoline, slide and swing. A small children's house with toys. The landlord lives in the neighboring building and is therefore available if needed. Parking in front of the building.

In South Bohemia, on the very edge of the village of Sloučín, close to peaceful nature, 4 km southwest of Katovice, 9 km west of Strakonice, 15 km southeast of Horažďovice and 31 km west of Písek. An ideal place for rest and peace. On a trip to the surroundings, you can go to famous tourist destinations, which include, for example, the castle and historic town of Strakonice 9 km, the Kbíl lookout tower, the ruins of Helfenburk castles 26 km and Rábí 24 km, the Blatná castle with free range of fallow deer 25 km or the historic stone bridge and the town of Písek 31 km.
