Entry to hall; open kitchen with dining table, two sofas, TV, cooker with four electric plates and electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with table, chairs and three separate beds. Second bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Third bedroom with a double bed, sitting area, entry to garden and own toilet and basin. Electric central heating. Fenced garden with pergola, garden furniture with beach umbrella, portable grill. For children from approx. 1 year water paddling pool (average 1 m). Own parking lot.

In South Bohemia, in village Hvozdany – typical south-bohemian village with small pond in village square; ca 4 km west of small town Bechyne and 25 km from historical town Tabor. Ideal for those, who want to spend restful holiday „in the past“; in the atmosphere of old Czech country. Shop with basic necessities, supermarket, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis 4 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna in Tabor. Golf 10 km. Swimming, water sports, boats and pedal boats for rent in dam Orlik 15 km. Other possibilities to swim 7 and 11 km – at the junction of rivers Luznice and Vltava. Horse riding 100 m. Wood just behind the village. Fishing (with fishing permit) in river Luznice 1,5 km.
