Kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining table for 4 persons. Nice bathroom with bath and toilet, second separate WC. Four bedrooms – one twin bedded rooms and three bedrooms with double bed and separate bed each. Electric heating. Non-fenced garden. Big, partly covered terrace, garden furniture, garden grill and fire pit at your disposal. Swimming pool with diameter of 3,6 m. Own parking lot and garage for 2 cars.

Crib on request. One small dog allowed. Washing machine and WiFi internet connection (for a fee EUR 4,-/week) at disposal. Water is heated in 80 l storage water heater with continuous running. Consumption of electricity and water is paid on the spot. The house is free of barrier (equipped for wheelchair users). In the surrounding is an old quarry in the workers only few times a year works. This property is suitable for maximum of 11 persons. The prices in the price list are scheduled for max. occupation with 6/8 persons, 3 more persons possible on request and for a fee on the spot (adult EUR 40,-/pers./week, child EUR 24,-/week).

Shops and restaurant 5 km. Swimming and water sports running in the dam Korensko 4 km. Swimming in the river Vltava - Tyn nad Vltavou 5 km. Here you can also take a trip with a steam boat. Sauna and tennis 5 km. Fishing (with a permit) in a dam 500 m. Forest 60 m.
