Entrance, porch, kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, fridge / freezer, gas hob with electric oven, kettle, drip-coffee machine and microwave. Living room with seating for 6, fireplace, satellite TV with set-top box and DVD. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. From the living room is a staircase to the first floor, hall with seating, landing with a fold-out double bed (orthopedic mattress, 150x200 cm), bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with a thriple bed (230 cm) and TV. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Central heating with electricity and wood stove. The beautiful garden with stunning, unobstructed view is fenced, has a spacious covered terrace with rattan lounge, dining area, second terrace with wooden table and benches, barbecue, fireplace, children's pool (no filter) and small sand pit with toys. Private parking.

One small dog allowed (small breed), more small dogs on request. There is a baby cot, WiFi and washing machine at disposal. Non-smoking house (on the covered patio smoking is permitted). Water consumption and electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Final cleaning is done by the guests themselves, if not properly cleaned, the owner charges a fee. The building is suitable for up to 6/8 persons.

The holiday home is built on a hill, on the slope under the forest near the river Luznice, and together formed in a small recreation area with five cottages and a common outdoor seating and a playground. Surroundings offer ideal conditions for hiking and cycling on a nice marked trails, swimming, fishing, doing many various sports activities and visiting many cultural and historical monuments.
