In 2020 completely renovated cottage on its own partially fenced plot. Entrance, hall, spacious living room connected to the kitchen. Equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, built-in refrigerator, second refrigerator with freezer, kettle, kitchenware and dishwasher. In the living room there is a dining table for 4 people, a bar counter for 4 people and LCD TV. First bedroom with three single beds. The second bedroom with two single beds is accessible from the hall. The third bedroom with two single beds is accessible through the second bedroom, or a separate entrance from the outside. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Central gas cottage heating. Guests have a garden, portable grill, sandpit for children, slide, embedded pool (measuring 5 m x 3 m) with salt water, in the covered barn also darts, football, table tennis and the possibility of sitting in bad weather. Parking in a closed yard for 2 cars (in good weather - unpaved arrival), parking in front of the house for 2 cars.

In the South Bohemian Region, 6 km southwest of the town of Týn nad Vltavou and 30 km north of České Budějovice. The cottage is situated almost at the end of the small village Bohunice and is surrounded by beautiful countryside along the Vltava River. There are many historical and cultural monuments in the area. Hluboká nad Vltavou (20 km) and Týn nad Vltavou offer several of them. In Hluboká nad Vltavou you can visit the Hluboká State Chateau, the Ohrada ZOO with a hunting lodge, or a golf course. Týn nad Vltavou will attract you with a chateau, an interactive exposition with the largest collection of moldavites in the country, or a sightseeing boat trip on the Vltava River. Other sights are Kratochvíle Castle (30 km) and the oldest stone bridge in Bohemia (Písek - 23 km). In the summer months, you will certainly appreciate the Kořensko Reservoir and the Týn nad Vltavou Aquapark, just 5 km away. From the natural monuments we recommend you to visit the Jewish ditch (13 km), the confluence of the Vltava and Lužnice with the nearby Semenec lookout tower, or the Baba lookout (20 km), which offers a beautiful view of the Vltava river and the surrounding countryside.
