Kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. The second bedroom with one double bed and one single bed (can be unfold to a double bed 140 cm). Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Heated by wood stoves. Fully fenced garden with sitting area and fireplace with wooden benches. Available portable garden grill. Parking in front of the building.

The house stands by a local road, from the house you have a clear view of the fields. The area offers ideal conditions for walking, cycling, swimming and fishing. There are many cultural and historical landmarks such as the historic town of Pisek with the oldest stone bridge in Europe 25 km, chateau Orlik 5 km, castle Zvikov 9 km, chateau Lnare 35 km, town Milevsko with many centuries-old cultural and spiritual tradition and many beautiful historic monuments 20 km.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurants (Nevezice) 400 m. More shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all social activities (Cimelice) 10 km or (Milevsko, Pisek) about 25 km.
