Description of accommodation

Modernly furnished cottage with a swimming pool and sauna surrounded by a large landscaped garden with a view of an adjacent game enclosure is an ideal place for a family holiday in the rolling countryside.
Entrance, spacious and bright living room with a dining table, corner bench and chairs, TV and kitchen equipped with a cooktop, fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Exit to the outdoor sheltered seating and portable fire pit bowl on the terrace. On the ground floor there is also a Finnish sauna, resting room with rattan sofa and first bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, first bedroom with four single beds, sofa (extra bed for 1 person) and baby cot. Second bedroom with double bed, single bed and sofa (extra bed for 1 person). Second bathroom with shower and toilet. Space heating is provided by electric storage heaters.
In the fenced garden shared with the opposite cottage VC 0202, guests have access to a fixed above-ground swimming pool (in the summer season), solar shower, sandbox, slide, swings and trampoline. Enough parking spaces right next to the object not only for cars, but also for caravans.

Pet is allowed for a fee of CZK 500 per stay. Baby cot available. Wi-Fi internet for free. Consumption of electric power will be charged to you on your departure after taking electricity meter reading. Refundable deposit CZK 3 000. Use of bedding, towels, tea cloths and sauna sheets is included in price. The cottage sleeps up to 9 adults and a baby.

Location description

In Eastern Bohemia, in the Orlické Mountains, in the picturesque village of Lichkov, 6 km west of the town of Králíky and 80 km east of Pardubice. A great destination for relaxation, which has something to offer in every season of its beauty. The abundance of natural, cultural and technical monuments along with the availability of renowned ski resorts makes this otherwise quiet rural area attractive for visiting and spending your holiday.
You can appreciate the unique views of the local landscape from the lookout tower on Křížová hora and its wild beauty awaits your discovery in the Zemská brána nature reserve in the deep valley of the Divoká Orlice river. For sacral architecture, take the way of the Cross from Králíky to the pilgrimage site of Hora Matky Boží and for secular monuments, go to the town of Letohrad with a baroque chateau surrounded by a garden, a museum of crafts and the Jára Cimrman (famous fictive persona of Czech history) museum. Families with children will also appreciate the Skipi fun park in the town. For a day trip, it is worth going to the Dolní Morava mountain resort (36 km) with a wide array of attractions for everyone, such as the Path in the Clouds, the longest suspension bridge in the world Sky bridge 721, a bobsleigh track, a ropeway or a water and forest adventure park. For fans of military history, there is a military museum right in the village, and from the nearby village of Mladkov (6 km), the Betonová hranice educational trail leads past a number of Czechoslovak fortifications from the Second World War, and one of the stops is the Bouda artillery fort with a guided tour. Downhill bike riders can choose from two options to test their skills, on the Suchák singletrack or in the bike park on Buková hora.
