The freestanding cottage. Nobody knows exactly how old the house actually is, but it is at least 300 years! The interior is very stylish with original features preserved, so that children can try such as sleeping on the tiled stove in the kitchen - just as our ancestors. The house is very spacious, There are more than 200 m2 living space. Entrance, stylish and spacious hall with sitting. Living room with a dining table, sofa for 3 persons, the original stove with a mattress and a television with satellite and DVD. Open kitchenette with two ceramic hot-plates, small table owen, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed. Hallway and entry into the bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Common room with table and stove. From the hall a staircase leads into a spacious loft, where is the table tennis and two bedrooms. In both of them are one double bed and one bunkbed. One of the bedrooms has its own toilet. Heated by tiled stove and electricity. Garden is not fenced and offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. There is garden furniture, portable grill, fireplace and for children sand-pit and swing to disposal. Plenty of parking space.

Baby cot on request. Pets are not allowed. The washing machine and bed-linen to disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The access path leads ca. 700 m through the forest. The last 100-200 m of the access path can be worse drivable or even impassable for common cars at rainy wheather. The house is suitable for a maximum of 10 persons + baby.

The house is about 5 km north of Rokytnice v Orlických horách and 15 km from the city Žamberk. Amazingly romantic place in the beautiful hilly landscape, surrounded by forests, fields and meadows. The house stands on a hill at an altitude of some 820 m and there is a fantastic view of the distant panorama of the protected area of Eagle Mountains. Do you want to experience really absolute tranquility and privacy? Want to be unclouded by anyone? Alone – only with a forest animals grazing around? Then this is the perfect place for you! Surroundings offers excellent conditions for hiking, biking, collecting forest fruit, swimming and fishing. Chateau Rychnov nad Kněžnou 18 km, Častolovice 24 km, the ruins Potštejn 27 km.
