Free standing, very comfortably and well furnished recreational house, built in 2001. Entrance, hallway, living room with oak furniture, sofa, dining table, beautiful tiled stove, satellite TV and DVD, radio and access to a large terrace. Small kitchen with four cooking hob, electric oven with grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - each with one double bed. Possibility of one extra bed (sofa chair) for a child. Second toilet. Tiled stove heating or electricity. Pleasant, fenced garden, there is a garden furniture with sunshade, portable grill, fireplace and a sandpit. Own parking.

One small dog allowed. The washing machine to disposal. In agreement with the landlord you can borrow two bicycles. Final cleaning EUR 35,-. Own bed linen or for a fee of EUR 8,-/person/week. The electricity consumption, water consumption (EUR 2,50/m3) and consumption of wood for heating shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child.
