Tastefully furnished cottage after complete reconstruction in 2019, luxuriously and comfortably equipped. Entry, spacious kitchen with dining table for 12 people. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. Living room with sofa for 10 persons (extensible to extra bed for 2 persons), LCD satellite TV and exclusive fireplace. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, each with one double bed, two single beds and one extra bed (fold-out single bed). Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. On the ground floor there is a second luxury bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and infrared sauna. Separate room with hot tub, table football and darts. Central electrical heating + local fireplace. Guests have at their disposal a garden seating area under partial roofing, portable grill (classic and contact), for children sandbox, swing and slide. Parking in front of the cottage for 2-3 cars.

In the Eagle Mountains, in the small village of Pěčín, approximately 10 km east of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling. For sights and experiences go to the adjacent historical sites, castle Žamberk (10 km), castle Litice (13 km), castle Rychnov nad Kněžnou (14 km), castle Potštejn (20 km), castle Častolovice (23 km), or castle Opočno (36 km). If you are travelling with children you will appreciate the natural swimming pool in Včelné (16 km), swimming pool Vamberk (14 km), Kostelec nad Orlicí (23 km), or indoor swimming pool Dobruška (32 km). Water sports opportunities and a true swimming experience can be found at the Rozkoš Reservoir (47 km). A trip to Safari Zoo Dvůr Kralové nad Labem (69 km) will appreciate children as well as adults.
