First is a detached bungalow, comfortably furnished. Entrance, living room with sofa, fireplace, satellite - TV and access to the terrace. Dining room with dining area and fireplace. Open kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - first with double bed, second and third with 2 single beds. Balcony. Bathroom with tub and toilet. In the basement there is a shower.
Second is a house in 2015 renovated, nice and simple furnishings. Entrance through covered terrace, hall with seating and access to the second terrace with seating. Large living room with fireplace serves as a bedroom with a seating area with sofa bed (two beds) and two single beds, a kitchenette with electric cooker with two burners, microwave, kettle and a dining table for two. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Heating with fireplace and electric heaters.
The houses stand on a fenced property with large fenced garden with terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, campfire, sandpit and grill. Parking lot in front of the building.Part of accommodation

Baby cot on request. One pet is allowed. You have a washing machine at disposal. Consumption of gas and electricity over 50 kWh per week (50 kWh included) shall be paid on spot. The house is suitable for up to 6/10 persons.

Your house is located in East Bohemia on the outskirts of the village Rviste, about 6 km northwest of the town of Usti nad Orlici. The beautiful natural countryside around is rich on forests and hills. The area is ideal for hiking, biking along the scenic routes, but also for diverse excursions. Cultural and historical attractions including the castle ruins Potstejn 12 km, the castles Častolovice 20 km, 16 km Litomysl, Doudleby nad Orlici 15 km, Rychnov nad Kneznou 20 km and Lanskroun 20 km.
