Detached cottage with five almost identical and cosily furnished apartments. Entrance under a large pergola to the corridor, where there is a common room with dining tables for a total of 20-25 people, sofa set, satellite TV and DVD, CD player, bar with tap, drinks fridge and dishwasher. Kitchen with electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, two fridges, microwave oven and kettle. Separate toilet on the ground floor. There are five suites on the floor. Each is equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed, the option of one extra bed, a kitchenette (electric cooker - two hotplates, fridge, microwave oven and kettle), a dining table for 4 people and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a children's playroom in the attic, where you can enjoy your free time with the children. For children there is a children's plastic house, chairs and a small table, toys for boys and girls, games, construction kits and sleeping mattresses. You can also play table tennis in the games room. Adults will certainly appreciate the infrared sauna, where they can warm up their bodies. Heating with solid fuel central heating (the manager takes care of the heating). The cottage stands on a separate large plot surrounded by a hedge. A large wooden pergola with garden furniture (benches and tables), parasols, a garden grill and an above-ground pool with a diameter of 4.5 m. For children, there is a large grassy playground with climbing frames, a sandpit, a slide, a swing and a large trampoline. Russian skittles, soccer goals, a volleyball court and a basketball hoop are also available here. You can also rent an adjacent building, which can be found under the code VC 0039. Parking next to the building (max. 8 cars).

Pets are allowed for a fee € 17,-/pet/week. Cot and high-chair after a previous agreement at disposal. The washing machine, Wi-Fi Internet access and a room for storing skis to disposal. In the basement of the house there is a flat of the housekeeper, who takes care of the house, the garden, swimming pools and the heating in the winter. Electricity for a fee according to consumption. The house is suitable for up to 20/25 persons.

Amazing location in the protected area of the Eagle mountains, on the outskirts of the village Sedlonov, about 3 km northwest of the town Destne v Orlickych horach and only 7 km from the border with Poland. The cottage stands only a few steps from the ski resort Sedlonov. The location is ideal for both winter and summer holiday. You can take a variety of trips, there leads many marked hiking and biking trails. From the wide range of attractions lets name for example the national nature reserve Bukacka 3 km, the ruins of Potstejn 13 km, Ratiborice – Babiccino udoli 30 km, castle Opocno 18 km, Nove Mesto nad Metuji 14 km or Nachod 21 km, rope park Destne v Orlickych horach 3 km, dinopark Karlov (Poland) 12 km and more.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Sedlonov) 500 m, another restaurant (Destne v Orlickych horach) 800 m, supermarket (Dobruska) 13 km. Outdoor swimming (Dobruska) 13 km and (Opocno) 18 km, indoor swimming pool, sauna and horseback riding (Destne v Orlickych horach) 3 km. Water reservoir, with possibility of swimming, water sports and fishing (with permit) 30 km.
Winter info: A few steps form the house there is a ski resort Sedlonov - two lifts, three ski slopes - always carefully adjusted, night skiing, artificial snow, refreshment, childrens lift + kinder school, service, ski slope for beginners and advanced skiers. Through Sedlonov leads ski trial (Orlicka magistrala) - 100 km machine groomed trails.
