Detached stylish mountain cottage, cosily furnished, after reconstruction in 2018. Entrance under a wooden pergola to the veranda, from which you enter the ski room and then the corridor. Large, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, two fridges, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dining area for 6 and dishwasher. Lounge with dining table for 12, sofa set for 8, satellite TV with DVD, CD player and wood burning stove which is connected to central heating. Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and an extra bed. Bathroom with two sinks, 2x shower and 2x separate toilet. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms - two with five beds and the third with four beds. Heated by fireplaces with distribution systems, or electrically. The cottage stands on a large unfenced plot delimited by a hedge. Spacious outdoor wooden pergola with seating. A garden grill and an above-ground pool with a diameter of 3.6 m are available. For children, there is a large grassy playground with climbing frames, a sandpit, a slide, a swing and a large trampoline. Also available are soccer goals, a volleyball court and a basket for basketball, and table tennis. The secondary building is also rented and you can find it under the code VC 0040. Each building has its own playground. Parking next to the building (max. 8 cars). Beer coolers, cots and high chairs can be borrowed from the landlord. Next to the house, a wooden shed that can be used to store bicycles.

Pets are allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Cot and high-chair after a previous agreement at disposal. Wi-Fi Internet access and room for storing ski to disposal. Consumption of electricity, gas and wood (fee EUR 4,-/day) shall be paid on spot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 12/14 persons.

Amazing location in the protected area of the Eagle mountains, on the outskirts of the village Sedlonov, about 3 km northwest of the town Destne v Orlickych horach and only 7 km from the border with Poland. The cottage stands only a few steps from the ski resort Sedlonov. The location is ideal for both winter and summer holiday. You can take a variety of trips, there leads many marked hiking and biking trails. From the wide range of attractions lets name for example the national nature reserve Bukacka 3 km, the ruins of Potstejn 13 km, Ratiborice – Babiccino udoli 30 km, castle Opocno 18 km, Nove Mesto nad Metuji 14 km or Nachod 21 km, rope park Destne v Orlickych horach 3 km, dinopark Karlov (Poland) 12 km and more.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Sedlonov) 500 m, another restaurant (Destne v Orlickych horach) 800 m, supermarket (Dobruska) 13 km. Outdoor swimming (Dobruska) 13 km and (Opocno) 18 km, indoor swimming pool, sauna, horseback riding (Destne v Orlickych horach)3 km. Water reservoir, with possibility of swimming, water sports and fishing (with permit) 30 km.
Winter info: A few steps from the house there is a ski resort Sedlonov - two lifts, three ski slopes - always carefully adjusted, night skiing, artificial snow, refreshment, childrens lift + kinder school, service, ski slope for beginners and advanced skiers. Through Sedlonov leads ski trial (Orlicka magistrala) - 100 km machine groomed trails.
