Discover the timeless connection between luxury and a traditional Czech cottage. In this place you will get plenty of both . Newly built cottage in 2021 on its own unfenced land offers plenty of privacy while relaxing on one of the two covered terraces, a wellness area with a hot tub, sauna and sun loungers, or a spacious common room that also serves as a gaming room.
From the main entrance to the cottage there is a dining room with table for 10 people, LCD TV and electric fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, american fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, kitchernware and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a wine cellar, bathroom with shower, two sinks, separate toilet and the first separate bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs in the attic there are 4 more separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, another three each with two single beds. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The bathroom on the ground floor is connected to the entrance to the Finnish sauna and a separate relaxation room equipped with a bathtub with elegant lighting. The bathroom is connected to the wellness room with whirlpool, shower and sun loungers. The possibility of entering the first covered terrace, which is connected by another entrance with a spacious game room equipped with billiards, darts, table football (for coins), sofa with coffee table and LCD TV (internet + Netflix). Third separate toilet. Entrance to the second covered terrace with sitting area, gas grill, ping pong table and bathing barrel.
Cottage heating convectors + stove. Guests have at their disposal an unfenced garden with two covered terraces, a gas grill with the possibility of heating with charcoal, table tennis, a trampoline and a bathing barrel. Parking at the cottage for 3-5 cars.Part of accommodation

Pets allowed (fee small breed CZK 200/day, large breed CZK 300/day, 1st day not included). Wi-Fi connection included in the price. A washing machine is available to guests. Refundable deposit of CZK 10,000. Electricity consumption and water consumption is paid on site. Bed linen, towels and tea towels CZK 200,-/person. Wood for the tiled stove and briquettes for the grill CZK 15,-/kg. A one-time fee of CZK CZK 250,-/person for the readiness of the building (cleaning). Gas bomb and water in a bathing barrel included in the price. Vacation fee included in the price.

Location description
The cottage is located in a small village of Osik, less than 5 km southwest of Litomysl. Litomysl offers a famous Renaissance chateau with a French garden and a natural English park. In Litomysl you can also visit the local mini-brewery, where you can try brewing your own beer by prior arrangement. One of the last untouched places in the heart of the Czech Republic is the Žďárské vrchy protected landscape area. This area provides hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails, swimming areas (pond Velké Dářko, Milovský pond) and especially the rock labyrinth Nine Rocks (the highest peak of Žďárské vrchy). The most popular tourist destination in the area is a baroque gem - the Church of St. John of Nepomuk on Green Mountain. In the winter months you can use the ski resort Přívrat (16 km) or the ski resort Peklák (16 km). In summer, we definitely recommend visiting aquapark in Ústí nad Orlicí, which is enjoable for people of all ages. Water slides, massage chairs, a kamikaze slide, a rope bridge with water lilies, or a beach volleyball court will surely give you great amount of fun and relaxation.
