Newly built cottage in 2019, sensitively and tastefully furnished. Entrance, hall, spacious living room connected with kitchen. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. In the living room there is also a dining table for 12 people, LCD TV and a fireplace.
On the ground floor there is the first bedroom with a double bed and LCD TV and an entrance to the second bedroom with two single beds, which has the first bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In the attic there is a third bedroom with a double bed and LCD TV, with an entrance to the fourth bedroom with two single beds, which has the second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Fifth separate bedroom again with a double bed and LCD TV, with an entrance to the sixth bedroom with two single beds, which has the third bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Central hall with children's playroom and table football.
On the ground floor there is an infrasauna (equipped with RedGlass - the highest class with deep heating), another smaller bathroom with shower and one emergency toilet. Heating of the cottage by central electric boiler, floor heating and fireplace. There is a non-fenced garden with wooden garden seating, portable grill, sandpit for children and another above-ground circular pool with a height of 4 m. In eastern Bohemia, on the outskirts of village Králíky, approximately 9 km southwest of the Dolní Morava ski resort. The cottage is mostly secluded, near the local, quiet road, overlooking the greenery - meadows, hills and forest. The adjacent area between the Orlické Mountains and the Jeseníky Mountains offers great conditions for hiking, skiing and exploring. We recommend the Křížová hora Lookout Tower (7 km), Suchý Vrch Lookout Tower (16 km), Clouds Trail (Dolní Morava Ski Area) 12 km, Králický Sněžník Peak (47 km), Mother of God Mountain (2 km), or Chapel Holy Trinity (15 km). In the vicinity there are several ancient castles, the closest are the ruins of Lanšperk (33 km), Litice castle (38 km), Mírov (46 km), or the famous castle Bouzov (56 km). We recommend visiting also chateaus Letohrad (26 km), Velké Losiny (34 km), Rychnov nad Kněžnou (46 km), or the breathtaking chateau Litomyšl (67 km). With children you can swim in the swimming pool directly in Králíky (1 km), then in the Pastviny reservoir (17 km), lake Vávrův lom (19 km), or swimming pool in Žamberk (24 km). If you like machinery, do not miss the Military Museum, just 500 m from the cottage.
