Pleasant, holiday house „two under one roof“, built in 1992, nicely and cosily arranged. Entrance, hall, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen with dining table, gas and induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Living room with sitting suit and TV with satellite. Upstairs hall with billiard table and spacious bedroom devided by a curtain into two parts. In one part there is double bed and in the other double bed, folding couch, sitting and stairs to the attic. In the attic third bedroom with four mattresses on th floor (comfortable sleeping f. e. for bigger children). Electric heating. Non-fenced property, garden furniture (three wooden bench and table) and mobile grill, fire pit available. Own parking-site.

In Ore Mountains, in holiday area at the edge of village Haj pod Klinovcem, holiday house with beautiful view of mountain Klinovec, ca 9 km south of town Vejprty and ca 30 km north of world-known spa Karlovy Vary where big film festival takes place every summer. House stands in mild hill at the foothill of highest peak of Ore Mountains, Klinovec, in western part of our country, only 5 km from the borders to Germany, in mountain area rich in forests and nature beauties. Grocery shop 600 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 and 400 m. Aqua park 20 km, in-door pool, sauna, tennis and minigolf in hotel Nastup 300 m. Bike renting 300 m. Golf 30 km. Swimming in holiday dam Nechranice 33 km and in schwimmingpool in Klasterec nad Ohri 15 km. New chairlift to Klinovec which works also in summer for hiking and biking. Surrounding offers rich possibilities for hiking, biking, trips to castles, ruins, spa holiday and others. Ca 300 m from the house there was built a chair lift with summer running from 28.4. Here You can rent a bike or a scooter for trips or downhill riding.
