Free-standing wooden cottage, simply but very effectively furnished. Entrance, hall, spacious living room with sofa, TV and DVD. Open kitchen with dining table and benches, gas stove with oven, fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two with double bed, third with a double bed and entrance into the fourth bedroom with a larger bed (1,5 beds). Centrally heated by wood and solid fuels. The house stands on an unfenced land, there is garden furniture, portable grill and fireplace to disposal. Parking in front of the building in winter in the car park 100 m away from the house.

Pets allowed for a fee CZK 80,-/pet/night. The electricity consumption shall be paid on the spot. In the heating periode clients shall pay wood consumption (CZK 900,-/week) and the consumption of coal (CZK 130,-/package) on the spot. The house is suitable for up to 7/8 persons.

In the Ore Mountains, in a mountainous area rich in forests and natural beauties, almost secluded (there is only one another cottage standing in the surroundings), near a small village Horni Blatna, about 12 km north of the town Nejdek and 30 km from the famous spa town of Karlovy Vary. The house stands on a really nice place, just by the forest, at an altitude of about 900 m, overlooking the wooded mountain landscape. All civil amenities is only 500 m away from the house. The surrounding area offers ideal conditions for summer and winter holidays. It calls for active or quiet holiday, in the surrounding there are many beautiful and not difficult paths and trials for walking and cycling. Possibility of making many of various trips or romantic train trips in the area. Karlovy Vary, where the world-famous film festival takes place every year, is 30 km distant. Potucky 6 km, castle Loket 30 km, spa town Jachymov 25 km, castle Klasterec nad Ohri 45 km.
