Comfortable house with a garden located in a cottage area. Living room with sofa, coffee table, LCD TV, fireplace and folding dining table. In the second part of the room, the modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. On the first floor are three bedrooms. The first with a double bed and a single bed. Second bedroom with double bed, sofa and armchair. In the third bedroom a double bed, 1 x single bed and a desk. The building is heated by gas heating and a fireplace. Unfenced garden with barbecue, sitting area, design fireplace, trampoline and a small sandpit for children. Possibility of table tennis by prior arrangement. Possibility to store bicycles and ski equipment. Parking in front of the building for 3 cars.

In the Ore Mountains, 6 km northwest of the town of Abertamy, 6 km from the border with Germany and 29 km north of Karlovy Vary. The house is located in a cottage area, in a quiet part of the village Horní Blatná. Due to a large amount of nature trails is it perfect place for hiking and cycling. You can visit, for example, Miluščina waterfalls 3 km or through the tin mines and the Ice Pit go to the Blatenský vrch lookout tower 3 km. Other attractions in the area include Božídarské rašeliniště 10 km, Nejdek castle ruins 13 km, majestic Loket castle 36 km, spa town of Karlovy Vary 27 km and Großer Kranichsee lake 22 km. In winter, you will enjoy the greater concentration of ski resorts in the area.
