Description of accommodation

The large-capacity, modernly furnished cottage after complete reconstruction consists of 3 separate apartments with barrier-free entrance and is surrounded by a fenced, landscaped garden with a swimming pool and facilities for spending time outdoors with good food and drinks in any weather conditions.

Apartment No. 1 (105 m²): Two bedrooms, the first with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and the second with 1 double bed. Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 people), armchair, large-screen TV, dining table, fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere and kitchenette equipped with an electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee maker, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and basin.

Apartment No. 2 (97 m²): Two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 people), armchair, large-screen TV and dining table. Separate kitchen equipped with a hob, built-in oven, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Apartment No. 3 (70 m²): Bedroom with double bed and single bed. Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 people), armchair, large-screen TV, dining table and kitchenette equipped with a hob, built-in oven, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet and nasin.

Each apartment has a built-in wardrobe in the hallway for storing personal belongings. Air and water heating are controlled by a heat pump and distributed throughout the property. The cottage includes a large fenced garden with a swimming pool, deck chairs, a firepit with seating, swings and a slide for children. Outdoor sheltered seating for up to 30 people with a fireplace, table football and a summer kitchen equipped with a hob, counter with sink, fridge and, upon request, a beer-tap equipment.
There is free parking for guests in front of the cottage. There is also a bicycle shed with a separate lockable cubicle for each apartment with sockets for charging e-bikes. The bicycle shed and the parking lot are monitored by CCTVs.

Note on accommodation

Pets allowed for a fee of CZK 200/dog/day. Wi-Fi connection and baby cot available. Refundable deposit CZK 3000. Electricity and firewood consumption included in the price. Bedding, towels and bath towels provided by the landlord. Possibility of renting beer-tap equipment for CZK 150/day by prior arrangement. The prices listed apply to occupancy of the property up to 12 guests. Each additional person up to the full capacity of 18 people pays an additional charge CZK 300/night. The stated price for Christmas and New Year's Eve is valid for 4 nights long stays.

Location description

In northern Moravia, where the flatland of Haná region meets the picturesque foothills of the Nízký Jeseník Mountains, on the edge of the village of Mladějovice, 6 km north of Šternberk and 23 km from the center of Olomouc.
The ideal location of the cottage offers a great starting point for your sightseeing trips to historical monuments, such as the castles Šternberk (6 km) and Sovinec (12 km), Úsov chateau (20 km) and the pilgrimage site on Svatý Kopeček (21 km) with a Baroque basilica on the hilltop and zoo with a safari train, rope park and lookout tower in the vicinity thereof. If you are interested in local folklore, then the open-air museum in Příkazy (27 km) will be the right place for you. For natural beauties, head to Nízký Jeseník to the Pasecké (8 km) and Rešovské (19 km) waterfalls or to the Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area including the Mladečské Caves (23 km), where the extraordinary landscape of the meandering Morava River with meadows and floodplain forests attracts its visitors from early spring. An inspiring place is the Makču Pikču arboretum in Paseka (9 km), where a former quarry was converted into a botanical garden with a magnificent view of the surroundings.
Local attractions include the flooded sand quarries Náklo (17 km) and the Moravičanské Lake (23 km), which guarantee crystal clear water and ideal conditions for windsurfing. Adrenaline lovers will head to the bike park (5 km) in Šternberk or to the bobsleigh track (28 km) in the Hlubočky ski area.
