You live in a natural barrier-free house with a pond and a large garden. Spacious living room with dining table for 10 people, TV, double sofa bed, oven and piano. The kitchenette is equipped with a dining table for 4 people, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a ceramic hob, a gas hob, basic kitchen equipment and a dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the first bedroom a double bed with a bunk bed. In the second bedroom 1 double bed. Third bedroom with double bed, 2 extra beds and cot. Fourth bedroom with two beds. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Technical room with washer and dryer. Electric heating of the building or locally with furnace. Terrace with seating, parasol and views on the swimming lake and the surrounding countryside. Fenced garden with activities for children and adults. Trampoline, slide, mini football goals, barefoot trail, volleyball court, ping-pong table, large sandpit with hammocks. Garden grill or the possibility of lighting a fire in a teepee. Possibility to rent bicycles and buy antiques in the building. Parking by the accommodation facility for 4 cars.
