Modernly furnished spacious country estate with a clubroom and swimming pool in an enclosed yard provides private and tranquil setting for relaxation for families or groups of friends coming to see the beauties of Novohradské mountains.
Entrance from the yard to the living part of the building, hallway, on left hand side there is a separate kitchen equipped with a combined electric stove with oven, kettle, capsule coffee maker, microwave, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher. By going straight ahead from the hallway you get into the living room with a pair of sofas, armchair, LCD TV and dining area. First bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Second bedroom with 2 double beds and a wardrobe. Bathroom with a shower and basin. Separate toilet. Heating is provided by a solid fuel boiler or optionally by a gas boiler.
In the grassy yard there is a seating under parasol, gas grill and swimming pool. At rear there is a side entrance to a clubroom with a seating on wooden benches, bar with tap equipment and cast-iron stove under historic vaulted ceiling. Guests also have access to an outdoor seating at a log table under shelter along with a ping-pong table. Parking space in front of the building for 2 cars, if necessary, it is possible to park another car in the yard.Part of accommodation

Pets allowed for a fee of CZK 450/dog/stay. Free Wi-Fi connection available. Refundable deposit of CZK 2000. Consumption of electric power included in price. Heating of the property with firewood for free or optionally with gas for an additional fee according to meter reading. Bedding and towels are provided by the landlord, you must bring your own bath towels. Minimum length of stay is 3 nights.

In South Bohemia, in the foothills of the Novohradské Mountains, in the village of Olešnice, 27 km southeast of the city center of České Budějovice. This area, which has been overlooked by commercial tourism so far, abounds in natural beauty as well as historical monuments, is a hidden gem waiting for you to discover.
You can choose whether to head to the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area for an easy cycling tour through the flat landscape famous for its ponds or to hike into the hills of the unspoiled Novohradské Mountains. A trip to the Červené Blato nature reserve (7.5 km), where an educational trail leading along wooden walkways will take you through this peat bog, is one of the undemanding ones, as is the Terčino údolí landscape park (10 km) from the Romantic period with the artificially created Stropnický waterfall and interesting buildings of the former owners of the estate. On the other hand, you will need a certain amount of physical fitness to visit the Žofín Primeval Forest (24 km), the oldest reservation in our territory, which is situated in the mountain peaks. You can admire the beauty of the entire region at once from the lookout tower on Kraví Hora (16 km). For relaxation, head across the border to the Austrian town of Gmünd (32 km) to the thermal baths. Families with children will certainly appreciate the proximity of the zoo in Dvorec (7 km). Of the historical monuments, we recommend to visit Buškův Hamr (7.5 km), the Žumberk (7.5 km) and Cuknštejn (13 km) strongholds, the pilgrimage site in Římov (21 km) and the historical core of the town of Nové Hrady with the area of the old and new castle, the town hall building, the city fortifications, the Buquoy residence and tomb or the church of St. Peter and Paul. A local attraction is the Novohradská kovárna, where, in addition to visiting the exhibition dedicated to the craft, those interested can make their own product under the supervision of an experienced blacksmith.
