Kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower bath, separate toilet. Two bedrooms, with double bed and one separate bed each. Spacious yard with boundary wall at your disposal, garden furniture, portable garden grill and nice in-ground swimming pool 8 x 4 m connected to round paddling pool (diameter 2 m and depth 40 cm). Central heating (solid fuels). Own parking lot.
