Modern kitchen with gas cooker, hot air electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, tea kettle, dishwasher and wasching machine. Bedroom with 3 beds and twin bedded room. Bathroom with shower bath and WC. First floor: spacious living room with sofa, two single beds, optically separated by dining table, sat-TV and small Hi-fi. Modern kitchen with refrigerator, electric cooker, coffee maker and tea kettle. Second, luxury bathroom with corner bath; second separate toilet. Double room and bedroom with bunk bed and one separate bed. Heat pump. Fenced garden, large sitting area, garden furniture, portable grill, fire pit and in-ground swimming pool with solar heating. Own parking lot.
