Modern kitchen with gas cooker, hot air electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, tea kettle, dishwasher and wasching machine. Bedroom with 3 beds and twin bedded room. Bathroom with shower bath and WC. First floor: spacious living room with sofa, two single beds, optically separated by dining table and TV. Modern kitchen with refrigerator, electric cooker, coffee maker and tea kettle. Second, luxury bathroom with corner bath; second separate toilet. Double room and bedroom with bunk bed and one separate bed. Heat pump. Fenced garden, large sitting area, garden furniture, portable grill, fire pit and in-ground swimming pool with solar heating. Own parking lot.
